What do we do in this phase? We simply identify your core values, business goals, customer profiles, your social media goals, gather any media assets, look into your competitors, that budget for advertising, and to determine who will be the key persons involved with this project. This is done in a 1-hour session.
We want to ensure that we create a well thought out strategy that is in line with your business or organization goals and core values. Social Media Marketing is just like any other marketing tools or communication platforms, we need to do it right from the start.
